Processes
With blower shafts being our primary product our process includes, cutting to length, centerless thru-feed grinding and machining per customers specifications.
We can cut round stock from .250” to 2.50” up to 108” at a tolerance of +/-.010 On larger rounds and other forms we can cut up to144” +/- .015
We can provide thru-feed centerless grinding from .500” to 2.50” at a tolerance of +/- .00025
Our machining includes turning, keying, drill & tap, as well as other secondary operations. |
